How Steve Jobs’s Travel To India Changed The World Forever?   by Nikita Kapoor

Baffling is the right word that can be used to describe Steve Jobs’s travel to India. It was not the mélange of ethnic groups, or the multi-dimensional cultural cocktail that jolted him to embark on this journey. The simple answer to unravel the riddling question about ‘why did Steve Jobs travel to India?’ is spiritual sustenance. Jobs was swimming with the tide during the flower child era of the 70′s. Little did he know that his journey to India would enlighten the dark and abyss parts of his life and eventually set ablaze the entire world with its fiery breakthrough.

To Steve Jobs, with love from India:

Consumed and dressed in a free-spirited attitude, Jobs and his good friend Kottke were on a quest. Like everybody, Jobs also needed to nurse his emotional tyrannies before taking giant strides. The sun soaked beaches, software hubs and vivacious pompous festivities were not the key aspects in his itinerary, travelling the North for some introspection was. The snow-clad mountains were his abode for around a month and half. It was in Nainital he realized and adopted the universal truth that theories do not make a better world nor wipe out the inhibitions a man nurtures in his mind. Only a man who moves forward with the intention of improving the world can make a change and nothing else. For Steve, India painted a true picture of realism and reminded him that he has a long way to go. His journey to India changed him and his ideals, and this unwavering strength turned him into a dynamo. His passion for perfection chaperoned him to establish the world’s biggest tech company called ‘Apple’.

India – a new praxis in the changed world:

India is home to over 1 billion people and everyday there are thousands entering the purview in search of something. You can climb the stairs of the seventh heaven even in the confines of four walls, but what it is about India, that it witnesses a flock of millions? Well, it is about everything, the scenic endowment, food, culture, art, in short it is a smorgasbord of attributes that make a real paradise. Fiscal elements do play a crucial part but you are offered more then what you pay for. Travel to India is an extravagant and intoxicating experience for wayfarers. Do not expect a transformed life on your travel to India, but it is indeed an eye-opener.
