How close to the speed of light must one travel to go into the future?

I remember hearing it was close to speed of light and that a Russian astronaut managed to go 0.4 seconds into the future.

At 90% the speed of light 1 year for you would be 2.294 years for someone back on Earth.
At 99% the speed of light 1 year would be 7 for people on Earth.
At 99.9999% 1 year for you would be 70 for them.
At 99.9999999999% 1 year for you would be 70,710 years for everyone else.

Traveling at speeds light that doesn’t actually ‘bring’ you into the future or anything like that, but the travel you faster the slower you experience time. So if you were to fly around the Earth at 99.9999999999% the speed of light for 1 year, 70,710 years would’ve gone by for the rest of the universe. The laws of physics say nothing can travel at the speed of light but it would be perfectly fine for something to move at 99.9999999999% the speed of light.
